The JCPenney Cross Sell project aimed to leverage the power of personalization to enhance the cross-selling strategy in retail. By analyzing customer data and understanding their preferences, we tailored recommendations and created targeted marketing emails that are relevant to each customer's needs. Additionally, we implemented personalized website content and recommendations, and bundled items together to offer recommendations of items that go well together. Our approach was to incorporate data based recommendations(early AI)  and collaborative filtering to enhance personalization and create a more personalized shopping experience for each customer.

IAM framework for Resellers

This project was initiated to address the challenges faced by AT&T resellers such as IBM, who were struggling to manage their customers' various AT&T services due to the absence of a centralized portal. The lack of a single platform made it difficult for resellers to integrate with various routers, switches, network setups, as well as manage billing, servicing, and other operational aspects of service management. The project successfully provided resellers with a single pane of glass portal, enabling complex hierarchy assignments to network engineers, billing, customer care, and others, while maintaining the privacy of view for each role and allowing SSO to various portal vendors for complex Network operational management. 

IoT

AT&T's Connected Car project was a pioneering initiative that aimed to provide a personal WiFi in the car for various infotainment purposes. With this innovative technology, AT&T successfully enabled drivers and passengers to stay connected and entertained on the go. The project involved integrating with Jasper Control Center (now Cisco) and creating an entire ecosystem for various car manufacturers like Audi, Volvo, GM, Ford, etc. This allowed respective dealerships to sell the connected car services, providing a seamless connectivity experience and access to a wide range of entertainment options, making the driving experience more enjoyable and convenient than ever before.
